Leah Turner

I provide property and market research for Contoso Commercial’s assignment teams. I help brokers compare opportunities using consistent questions and source-backed facts across the Richmond–Petersburg region.

My first question is often where a piece of information came from and whether it answers the question we actually need to ask. A missing specification is not evidence that a building lacks the feature. I record what is known, what remains uncertain, and the source that could settle the issue.

I enjoy turning a broad search into a comparison another person can use. I keep exclusions and exceptions visible, explain the limits of the research, and update the working record when better evidence arrives. Useful research should help someone make a decision without concealing the work still needed.
