I lead Contoso Commercial’s regional practice, supporting teams working across industrial, office and investment assignments in the Richmond–Petersburg area. I focus on the decisions that need intervention rather than measuring progress by the number of activities reported.

Team leads know their assignments best. I ask them to surface a material exception early, explain the evidence, and tell me what decision would help. When several people or disciplines are involved, I work to make responsibilities clear and help the team find the right expertise.

My management style is structured and conversational. I value a candid recommendation, especially when the facts suggest changing direction. Clients and colleagues should be able to understand the tradeoff behind a decision without having to reconstruct it from a long chain of messages.
