Aaron Guido

Aaron Guido is a commercial real estate agent specializing in retail leasing. Aaron joined CBM’s Orange County office in 2012, and focuses on landlord representation, in addition to select retail and restaurant tenant representation. Though based in CBM’s Orange County office, Aaron handles retail properties throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties. During his tenure with CBM, Aaron has listed a multitude of 1st class retail properties in prime locations throughout Southern California. He has completed leasing transactions with a board assortment of tenants, ranging from A+ national and regional retailers to local, independent “mom & pop” operators. As a tenant representative, Aaron has worked with several prominent retailers, included Cricket Wireless, aiding the company’s Southern California expansion. Prior to working with CBM, Aaron held a variety of customer service positions, primarily in the restaurant industry. As a natural people person and outstanding communicator, Aaron thrived in these positions. And these talents served Aaron well in his effortless transition to retail leasing. Thanks to his exceptional communication skills and considerable negotiated prowess, Aaron has developed a solid reputation as an adept deal maker.
