Aaron Gutierrez

Aaron Gutierrez is an Associate Advisor at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors, representing Sellers, Landlords, Buyers, and Tenants for their commercial real estate needs in the Phoenix Metro area. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and a graduate of Arizona State University ‘21, studying Supply Chain Management and Real Estate, Aaron has a unique logistical background and perspective of real estate. He understood the supply chain and its impact on the industry through his studies. In addition, he was an active member of various clubs and organizations such as the Chi Phi fraternity, and Supply Chain Management Association, and a Consultant in Shareholder Engagement with ASU Enterprise Partners - providing recommendations for sustainable investments. In his free time, Aaron enjoys improving his proficiency in Spanish, reading, snowboarding, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
