I like a clear request: what is needed, who is responsible, and when the answer will be useful. I keep working records organized, follow up courteously, and flag a blocked milestone with enough context for the right person to act. A document being received does not automatically mean it has been reviewed or accepted.

I work closely with our brokers and the specialists invited into an assignment. My updates are concise and date-conscious, with completed actions separated from outstanding questions. I coordinate the process; the people responsible for professional advice and client decisions retain those responsibilities.
